What Is a Devil's Handshake?
This drink is an alcoholic drink that is made with tequila, ginger puree and fruit juice. It's light in color and is usually served cold in a highball glass.

Ingredients
• 1 1/2 parts Tequila
• 3/4 parts lime juice
• 1/2 part simple syrup
• 1 part pineapple juice
• 1 tsp sweet ginger puree
• 1/4 part egg white
• Lime wedge for garnish
Preparation :
1. Dry shake vigorously, add ice and shake again.
2. Strain onto fresh ice in a highball glass.
3. Garnish with a lime wedge.

What is ginger puree?
It's thin slices of fresh ginger processed in a food processor or blender until smooth. Most times sugar is added. The puree is then put into an ice cube tray and froze until ready to use.
