1/2 bunch dill
1 lemon
2 tbl capers
1/2 cup chopped cornichons or dill pickles
1 tsp dijon mustard
salt and cayenne pepper to taste

Homemade Mayonnaise Ingredients
2 egg yolks
juice of 1/2 lemon - 1 tablespoon
1 tablespoon of wine vinegar
3/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon sugar
1/8 teaspoon dyon mustard
1 cup of canola veg oil
1/2 olive oil

8 pods garlic
1 teaspoon dry mustard -- heaping
1 dill pickles -- (6" long)
1 small onion

Tartar Sauce Recipe
INGREDIENTS:
1 cup mayonnaise
1 teaspoon prepared mustard
2 tablespoons chopped sweet pickle
1 tablespoon chopped drained capers
2 teaspoons chopped fresh parsley
PREPARATION:
Blend well; refrigerate and chill thoroughly. Makes about 1 1/4 cups of tartar sauce.

Olive Tartar Sauce Recipe
INGREDIENTS:
1/2 cup mayonnaise
6 pitted green olives
1 slice onion
2 sweet pickles, cut up
1 tablespoon capers
PREPARATION:
Blend all ingredients until pickles and olives are finely chopped. Serve with fish or fried seafood.
Makes about 3/4 cup.

Batman the cat is the silliest cat that we have and also the most curious. He has shiny jet black fur and yellow eyes. He is always begging's us all the time to play with him. One day while I was painting my fingernails, Batman came over to me & once again he was begging for game of play. He swatted at me with a loud meow and when he did the fingernail polish popped right out of my hand and hit on the floor. Immediately I jumped to the floor to pick it up but since Batman thought it was another fast game of play he decided to race me for the bottle. When he did he grabbed up the bottle in his teeth then quickly slung it down because of the strong smell of the fingernail polish. Buy this time it was toooo lateeee. Batman now looked like he had got into my lipstick instead of the nail polish because he now had dark pink polish circled all around his mouth. The smell of the polish on his mouth was so strong until he kept leaping and jumping all over the place and each time he did a flip he quickly looked at me, cocking his head sideways with his beautiful lipstick on. It was a sight to see and I laughed so hard until my sides hurt. ~Snicker~
