Catfish Recipes
Corn Meal Catfish Fillets
1/3 C yellow corn meal
2 Tbsp. flour
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp.paprika
1 lb. fish fillets
1/4 C. salad oil
Combine corn meal, flour, salt and paprika. Dip fish in corn meal mixture to coat. In skillet, heat oil. Fry fish fillets in black cast iron skillet till brown on one side. Turn and fry the other side.
