Dried Banana Date Trail Mix
Ingredients
unsweetened dried banana chips
dates (whole, uncoated)
unsweetened shredded coconut
1-2 tablespoons butter
1 tablespoon honey
In a small fry pan, melt honey and butter. Remove from heat.
Mix in dried banana chips, dates and unsweetened shredded coconut.
Trail Mix
2 cups raisins
2 cups dried banana chips
2 cups unsalted dry roasted peanuts
6 ounces mixed dried fruit bits
Blend all ingredients and store in an airtight container.
Makes 7 cups
