Spread the top of a vanilla wafer with peanutbutter.
Center 1 chocolate kiss in the middle and press down lightly. The peanutbutter will serve as a food glue to make the chocolate kiss stick to the wafer.
Sprinckle chocolate sprinckles around the edges of the wafer.
It will stick to the peanutbutter. Push down lightly if needed.
