Everybody can celebrate this holiday. It doesn't matter if your male or female, this holiday adapts to everyone because everyone has the ability of being late for something. In fact in this fast pace world we live in, most of us already celebrate this activity on and off throughout each month anyway.... like or or not. So if you find that your late for something that you needed to be on time for, just blame it on "Be late for something day."

Origin of this Holiday?
Our research did not find the creator, or the origin of this day.
This holiday is referred to as a "National" day. However, we did not find any congressional records or presidential proclamations for this day. Even though we didn't, this is still a holiday that is publicized to celebrate. So have fun with it and celebrate it!

Do people really celebrate this holiday?
Well..... we suspect not. After all I don't know of anyone who would intentionally be late for events for the whole day as it seems to suggest. That would make us all seem really lazy. Hey.... maybe that's what this holiday is all about anyway. A day to be laid back and relaxed and not really intented to mean to be late for something directly. Will we every know the true meaning for this holiday? Until we find the creator of this holiday, we will never know.
